Helping Hospitals Prepare to Fight COVID-19

Healthcare providers across the nation have been in a race against time to prepare to battle the COVID-19 crisis our country is facing.

An essential part of hospital and laboratories’ plan is to ensure all their equipment complies with national and international standards, which guarantee the safety of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and patients.

In early March, we were honored to help one of our esteemed clients, Houston Methodist Hospital, prepare for their fight against the pandemic.

Houston Methodist Hospital is one of the most respected health care facilities in the country and ranks as number one in Texas.

Part of their emergency protocols involves planning for a possible emergency, and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, they quickly sprang into action.

We were happy to help Methodist with relocating and recommissioning existing biological safety cabinets in preparation for the fight against COVID-19.

We received the call early March with the request for help and within 24 hours our specialists were onsite working to make sure all equipment was up to date and certified for use in the testing of COVID-19.

Being the first choice of a nationwide top-ranked hospital is an honor and a responsibility we do not take lightly.

At Allometrics, we understand the sense of urgency, and we know that the quality of our work can help save lives during an emergency.

We continue to work to ensure the safety of our clients and the public at large. We stand by our commitment to provide quality calibration and certification services as we’ve done for the past forty years.

Our quality professionals, technicians, and administrative staff continue to work hard every day to meet deadlines and help our clients weather the storm.
